Elise is a dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist, Expert Sound Healer, and Reiki Master passionate about guiding others toward ultimate wellness. With a deep commitment to holistic healing, she uses various techniques to promote balance and harmony in mind, body, and spirit.

Married to her high school sweetheart, Doug.  She is a proud parent of four kids, along with a lovable dog, and a curious cat. In addition to nurturing her family, Elise finds joy in helping others discover their own paths to health and well-being.

 

When not working with clients, you can find her at her dental practice, helping others at her travel agency, refereeing powerlifting competitions for the APF/AAPF, USPA, at her husband's gym, Lions Pride Barbell and Fitness, enjoying family adventures, or exploring new ways to enhance wellness in everyday life.
