Elise is a dedicated Reiki Master and Expert Sound Healer, passionate about guiding others toward ultimate wellness. With a deep commitment to holistic healing, she uses various techniques to promote balance and harmony in mind, body, and spirit.

Married to her high school sweetheart, Doug.  She is a proud parent of four kids, along with a lovable dog, and a curious cat. In addition to nurturing her family, Elise finds joy in helping others discover their own paths to health and well-being.

When not working with clients, you can find her at her dental practice, helping others at her travel agency, refereeing powerlifting competitions for the USPA, at her husband's gym, Lions Pride Barbell and Fitness, enjoying family adventures, or exploring new ways to enhance wellness in everyday life.
